Pursuit NHA’s work for A T Cross has been excellent. We asked Pursuit to support us in two key areas across our organisation.
The first area was to develop the capability of our European Key Account team.
Pursuit’s approach was to conduct a comprehensive field audit of the team’s needs and abilities. After further discussion with the senior team, Pursuit proposed a two part programme focusing on developing the skills at Head Office level and building business plans to deliver key objectives.
The initial training was very well received and the team were asked to attend a follow up module where they reported on their implementation. This module demonstrated the high levels of application and how the key tools were being used to deliver results in the business.
Pursuit was also involved in a coaching project with members of the Sales & Management team. The coaching focused on two new appointments in the team and the impact from Pursuit, in a short time period, was excellent.
We have been so impressed with Pursuit’s approach and professionalism that we have asked them to work on a third project to recruit a Senior Manager into our business!
