We also fully analyse existing consumer and trade background data This phase concludes with exploits reviewing key conclusions with you and getting your agreement. Now we have clarity of objectives and full management support.
Footwork
exploits gets the team together offsite, energises them and clearly communicates project objectives. At this stage we use unique, creative interactive sessions to get the team to look at their business or projects with fresh perspective. With the input of exploits we begin to find gems of ideas within your current activity that have potential for future exploitation legwork.
Legwork
Working with you and members of your team, exploits helps you find new ideas in new places. This involves getting out and working with a wide range of outside influences from suppliers to professionals in your industry from competitor products to the products of different parallel industries leap.
Leap
exploits gets the team together, summarises everything learned, and then stimulates idea generation. This is where the new ideas really flow. This phase includes a process which selects the ideas of greatest potential, develops them into marketable “concepts” and puts an action plan in place.
