The Pursuit NHA Ski Challenge takes managers to the ski slopes of Morzine in France. Their leadership styles are tested in an exciting and challenging environment. Before travelling to Morzine, feedback is obtained from managers direct reports on their leadership style. This feedback is used in conjunction with a number of ski based leadership exercises designed to give managers an awareness of how their current leadership behaviours affects their team members. Managers have an opportunity to practice different leadership styles and feedback is constantly given on their progress. Managers also get to experience how it feels to be on the ‘receiving end ‘ of different leadership styles in different circumstances.
We work in partnership with a local ski school to ensure the exercises and tasks completed on the slopes are challenging yet safe. Our expertise means that we are able to personalise this programme so that it benefits beginners and experienced skiers alike. The Pursuit NHA Leadership Challenge brings to life the theory of situational leadership in a unique and memorable way.
