Andy Ferguson, Chief Executive - Andy has a degree from the University of Wales in Economics and Statistics. His career spans over 20 years in European Sales and General Management at Procter & Gamble, Hasbro and Wilson Sporting Goods and over 10 years in Strategic Sales and Management Consultancy. His experience means that he is able to help clients identify and capitalise on opportunities leading to improved business results. Leading the team, he has overall responsibility for ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded.
David O'Donnell, Managing Director - Consultancy and Training - David has worked for Procter & Gamble, Scottish Brewers, Nabino, Molsen and Wilson Sporting Goods in Sales and Management Development roles. With over 12 years' experience in management consultancy and training, he has an impressive record of helping sales and management teams grow profitable sales and increase organisational competence. David has successfully completed assignments in fmcg, consumer durables and business to business organisations. David is the head of the Consultancy and Training Team.
