At Pursuit NHA we have developed a number of models which enable clients to take out all, or a degree of, admin and management from any recruitment process. 

This can range from total project management of the whole campaign, involving clients only in the required areas i.e. first, second and final interviews, through to taking full responsibility for all of the admin functions across the whole of the resourcing process. 
The idea behind managed resourcing is to create an environment where an, often over-worked, HR team can outsource projects and campaigns.

Pursuit NHA can manage everything from small details such as hotel bookings through to 'stage managing' complex assessment centres. Taking away this pain enables line managers and the HR team to become free up to focus on higher priority tasks.
