Referral Programmes are being used in most organisations but they are often under-utilised and under-resourced and bear little… if no fruit.

The secret of success of the Referral Programme lies in building a relationship with the client’s current employees. They will feel confident to refer friends and colleagues to a business if they know that candidates will be dealt with speedily. Even greater participation can be encouraged through the use of a cash incentive.
A secondary benefit has been that internal candidates feel they have a greater influence if they are helping with the recruitment of a business.
