Search or head-hunting has historically held a degree of mysticism. Some organisations and individuals have even viewed this as bordering on being unethical.

At Pursuit NHA we have highly trained Researchers and Consultants who use modern search techniques to source and find high calibre candidates  - without crossing ethical boundaries!

We have had outstanding success with organisations, who have found difficulty finding candidates through database or advertising, at levels which in the past people would never have dreamed of recruiting through search methodologies.

Search is not a solution for all assignments however. If the candidate market-place is broad a more pervasive approach including advertising on and off-line can have a greater effect.
