Pursuit NHA is a distributor and has fully accredited practitioners of Insights Discovery.
This psychometric tool is invaluable for:

Having established the reason for using the Insights Discovery tool participants complete a questionnaire from which an overall personal profile is produced. This forms the basis for personal coaching or team development.
Pursuit NHA made the decision to partner with Insights as a result of feedback from clients who had experienced the product.
At the heart of the system is Insights Discovery, a preference based system with its foundations in the work of Carl Jung. As its entry point, Insights Discovery learning system identifies four colour energies – Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue – and presents these on a wheel – the Insights Discovery Wheel.
Each person uses these colour energies to varying degrees, though it is the unique ordering of the energies that will shape personal style, and it will show a preference for one colour that will indicate the dominant or preferred style of thinking, working and communicating.
