A large European confectionery brand was going through a major National Account restructure at the start of 2011 and having previously partnered with PNHA for their recruitment needs they once again opted to use our services but appreciating the tough market conditions we recommended to utilise a Combination Approach of search and online advertising.
An extensive and highly appealing on-line advertising campaign was designed and executed through Grocerjobs.co.uk, using a variety of methods including Banner advertising, MPUs and Featured Job “Buttons”. In conjunction, an exhaustive industry contact strategy was planned, as well as using the Pursuit NHA database for potential candidates. Within a 4 week period over 300 CVs were received from the advertising campaign (an outstanding response in the current market) and a further 100 CVs were obtained from the other elements of the Combination Approach methodology.
An interview programme was arranged for the client’s HR Director with a final short-list presented to the Sales Director. As a result, 7 National Account Managers were hired by the end of the 8-week process and a Marketing Management recruitment programme is now underway to further complement the restructure.
