Simply Conveyancing is a leading specialist conveyancing firm who are looking for two exceptional Business Development Managers with a real appetite to develop both new and existing business.

Ideally, you will have excellent knowledge of the Estate Agency market and certainly have an impressive track record of exceeding revenue targets in a B2B organisation.

As a forward thinking organisation, Simply Conveyancing utilises leading technology to enhance our customers' experience.

The Role

We are looking for talented new business developers, who can prospect estate agent business to work with Simply Conveyancing.  You will build great relationships with business owners/directors to ensure Simply Conveyancing is the number one choice for existing and new customers.

About You

You will have the ability to think and act as a business owner – hungry to grow the business not only today but long term.

You will need to be well organised and manage your own diary, building excellent relationships with key stakeholders.

In this BDM role, you will

  • need to have the resilience to cold call and ‘knock on doors’ on a daily basis
  • establish credibility with your customers through your professional approach and expert understanding of the market
  • need to influence key stakeholders, with the energy to engage with all, even when you face real challenges
  • have a  strong desire to work in a business where everyone is recognised as individuals and given real opportunity to develop and progress
